WHAT WE VALUE…
Values help answer the question of “What are our guiding principles?” and establishing boundaries in fulfilling the vision and mission. Values serve as a guide, values provide a filter, and values serve as a compass for the long term life and success of an organization.The Lord will stretch us and lead us to things we have not imagined if we are willing to allow Him to do so. These values reflect Faith Fellowship’s DNA and identity, who we are and what God is calling us to do well. We hold in regard to serving the Lord and others in ministry to fulfill the mission and vision. The basic core values that we hold are:

Word and Worship – We believe worship is celebrating God’s presence and honoring Him with our lifestyle. This will take place in both corporate and personal worship time. Authentic Worship is a lifestyle. The Scriptures are the basis for sound teaching to the local body. We will give emphasis to the teaching and preaching of the Word of God. We believe the Bible is our all-sufficient guide for faith and conduct.
Community – is vital to the health and life of a local church. It is our desire that a person grows in their relationship with God, within the local church, and then tangibly touch those outside who do not have a relationship with the Lord. This is facilitated in many avenues within the local church.
Growth – Leading people on a journey of personal growth in their relationship with God, daily studying the Word, commitment to prayer, and becoming accountable. We desire to teach, instruct and model for people.
Evangelism and Missions – is our responsibility, but it is also our privilege. We desire to develop and be an evangelistic follower of Christ. We desire to help send out and create opportunities for believers to reach their home, community and world with the hope of Jesus, through personal evangelism, local outreach, and missions. In doing so it is vital to help people discover their gifts, talents, and abilities. Cultivating in them to the point where they can be equipped, empowered and released into Kingdom advancing ministry. Opportunities are limitless; it is our responsibility to help others reach their full potential.
Students – The present and future of the church resides in our children and teenagers. We value ministry to them and the ministry that flows through them is vital to the life and effectiveness of the local church fulfilling God’s purpose and plans.
