Here at Resonate Life our prophetic ministers speak words of encouragement, edification, comfort, and strength in the spirit of 1 Corinthians 14:1 and 3: “Pursue love and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy . . . He who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.”
Trained members of Resonate Life will serve all those who sign up for prophetic ministry every second Saturday of the month. We sincerely desire to hear from the Lord on behalf of those coming for ministry, so that they may be encouraged and built up in their faith.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT CAN I EXPECT ONCE I CHECK IN?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Come to the Fireside Room and sign in, then take a seat and relax. Use the time while you are waiting to quiet yourself before the Lord and ask Him to speak to you. You will then be called into another room for your ministry time. You do not have to do anything while you are receiving ministry. Just relax and receive from the Lord.
CAN I RECORD AUDIO OF MY PRAYER SESSION?
Yes, you are welcome and encouraged to use your smartphone to record the audio of your prophetic prayer ministry. We ask that you have your phone ready to record before you are called back for ministry.
HOW DO YOU MINISTER TO FAMILIES?
Husbands, wives, and children will receive ministry together unless they request to be separated. Each slot on the sign up sheet will allow for 20 minutes of ministry time. So if you sign your family up for one time slot, the family will have 20 minutes all together for ministry. If you desire 20 minutes per person, please sign each member up separately. Please note that ministry slots that occur at the same time indicate various ministry teams. Meaning if you sign up your family for three time slots occurring all at the same time, each family member will be with three different ministry teams during that time slot.
WILL YOU PROPHESY OVER MY CHILDREN?
Yes, we love to prophesy to children; however, you do need to make appointments for your children, even babies, on our sign up sheet. We prefer that elementary aged children and younger have one parent or guardian present with them during ministry time for the child to be most comfortable. Each ministry time slot will allow ministry for about 20 minutes. If you sign up your children for one time, your children will have 20 minutes divided between them. You can sign your children up separately so they each have 20 minutes of ministry time. Please know that time slots that occur at the same time indicate various ministry teams. So if you desire to sit with each child during their ministry time, please use a different time slot for each child.
HOW LONG WILL THE MINISTRY TAKE?
The ministry time itself is about fifteen to twenty minutes. We invite you to spend some time in the waiting area after you receive ministry to allow the Lord to minister more to you personally and soak in His encouragement and love for you.
IF I DON’T ATTEND RESONATE LIFE CHURCH, CAN I STILL RECEIVE MINISTRY?
Yes, we are happy to minister to you even if you do not attend Resonate Life Church.
